What You'll Be Doing

------------------------

Perform field and lab testing, including sampling raw materials, compression testing of concrete, and conducting trial mixes for product development. Travel to various job sites, interact with site personnel and external labs, and transport materials back to the lab as needed. Ensure proper materials, components, and testing procedures are followed while maintaining and calibrating equipment. Troubleshoot concrete performance issues and provide timely, accurate reporting of all test results to management. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and customers to support quality and operational goals.

What We Are Looking For

Background in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field, with knowledge of CSA standards and construction materials such as ready mix concrete. Ability to perform field and laboratory testing; ACI/CCIL Concrete Field Testing certification considered an asset. Strong technical skills, including intermediate Excel proficiency and the ability to use digital tools effectively. Demonstrated commitment to safe, independent, and team?oriented work, with flexibility to support varied shifts and overtime as needed. Physically capable of working indoors and outdoors year?round, including lifting up to 50 lbs., navigating varied terrain, and performing tasks that require kneeling, climbing, and extended standing or sitting.
