We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Associate to join our manufacturing team. Duties

Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measurement tools such as calipers. Perform detailed quality control checks to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Collect, analyze, and document data related to product quality, inspection results, and process performance. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures to enhance product consistency and compliance. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of inspections, measurements, and non-conformance reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

Proven experience or strong knowledge in quality management within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with quality control techniques, inspection methods, and QA/QC standards. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection equipment. Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively about quality issues. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles. Prior experience with data collection systems is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
