We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality. Duties
Implement, and maintain quality management inspection systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to assess service quality throughout the cleaning process.
Analyze data from inspections to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with company teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
Train and mentor staff on QA/QC procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices in quality assurance.
Prepare detailed reports on findings from inspections, and deliver recommendations for improvements.
Manage projects related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles within a cleaning and janitorial environment.
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
Extensive knowledge in professional cleaning practices and procedures.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
