We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and analysis. You will work in a laboratory environment, utilizing your skills in data collection and quality control to analyze samples and report findings. Responsibilities

Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize laboratory equipment and instruments to perform tests accurately and efficiently. Collect, record, and analyze data from experiments and tests, ensuring precision in all measurements. Identify any deviations from quality standards and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed documentation of test results, procedures, and quality control processes. Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods as required. Ensure that the laboratory environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline preferred. Experience working in a laboratory setting is highly desirable. Strong mathematical skills for accurate data analysis and interpretation. Proficiency in data collection techniques and quality control methodologies. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to identify discrepancies or issues. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and best practices.

Pay: $20.00-$27.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
