VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team. This hands-on role is responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring materials, products, and processes to ensure they meet established quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with company and industry standards Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and work with production teams to resolve issues promptly Perform quality tests using measuring tools, equipment, and visual inspection methods Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results, test data, and corrective actions Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, and team members to promote continuous improvement and maintain product consistency Assist in training production staff on quality standards and best practices Stay informed on industry regulations, certifications, and customer requirements to support compliance

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a related manufacturing/production role Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency Solid understanding of measurement tools, inspection techniques, and quality assurance practices Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements Technical certifications or training in quality assurance or inspection are an asset
