Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will conduct inspections, perform analysis, and maintain quality management systems to uphold our commitment to excellence. Your expertise in quality assurance and quality control will be crucial in identifying defects and implementing corrective actions.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize various measuring tools, including calipers, to perform precise measurements and assessments. Collect and analyze data related to product quality and manufacturing processes. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements. Assist in the development and maintenance of quality management systems. Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required. Provide feedback on product design and process improvements based on inspection results.

Experience

Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools for effective quality inspection. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately. Experience using measurement instruments such as calipers is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
