We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precise measurement tools such as calipers.
Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, documenting findings accurately for review and reporting purposes.
Identify and document non-conformities or deviations from quality standards, initiating corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement quality management procedures and improve overall product quality.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality assurance documentation.
Assist in the development and refinement of quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Support audits and participate in internal or external quality assessments as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in Quality Management, Quality Control, or Quality Inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance standards.
Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers and other inspection instruments.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues.
Knowledge of data collection methods and documentation best practices.
Familiarity with industry standards related to quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy in all inspection activities.
Strong communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with team members. This position is integral to maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
