The Quality Control Group Supervisor will manage all quality control activities of the QC group.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the team; Coaching, mentoring and performance reviews for direct reports.
Schedule daily activities for assigned team members;
Supervise and mentor multiple supporting QC Inspectors providing direction for priorities based on schedule requirements
Ensure Qc review is performed as per driving documents and applicable regulations;
Identify improvement opportunities and ensure proper corrective measures are implemented;
Monitor quality of reviews performed by staff;
Timely communication of quality issues to management and upper management as they arise;
Implement good quality control practices.

Education

Required Experience and Skills

Strong attention to detail
Excellent Knowledge of the GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) and GCP (Good Clinical Practices) regulations
At least 1 year of equivalent experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
At least 2-3 years of supervision experience
Basic scientific knowledge in biochemistry and immunology
Bilingualism \xe2\x80\x93 Verbal and written in French and English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word and Excel
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
High degree of initiative, sense of urgency and flexibility
