Position Summary



The Quality Control Analyst will oversee quality assurance activities on residential and commercial construction sites, ensuring that all work meets project specifications/standards, building codes, and safety regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, analyzing materials and workmanship, and collaborating with site teams to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including inspection reports and process audits. Conduct regular inspections of residential and commercial construction sites to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and codes. Monitor construction materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met. Analyze data collected from inspections to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions based on quality findings. Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to uphold quality standards. Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Support continuous improvement initiatives in construction quality processes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications



Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within residential and/or commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
