Job Summary:

Acting as a resource, facilitator, and liaison, the Quality Consultant supports clients, management, and frontline staff by providing coordination, analysis, reporting, and auditing to facilitate daily operations for the Patient Support Services portfolio. Back up and support for our patient-focused hosting model is a key responsibility. The Quality Consultant will record, maintain, monitor, and report on our Quality Assurance Programs. This position works closely with Team Leaders and frontline staff to provide training, orientation, and best practice instruction as well as support, coordination, and problem solving of work assignments and replacement needs. The Quality Consultant will input and/or analyze daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and produce reports as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Secondary school graduate with relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent
  • Interactive teaching with adult learners
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use in-house applications/databases
  • Strong and effective communication and written skills combined with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous health care or relevant experience required
Responsibilities:
  • Carries out audits and inspections to ensure quality assurance of Trillium\xe2\x80\x99s cleaning and disinfection program
  • Acts as liaison and resource person for clients, management, and staff by facilitating daily activities to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Liaises with vendors to create standard operating procedures and training programs for staff
  • Provides and tracks training and orientation for designated staff to ensure cleaning best practices are fully met
  • Provides recording, reporting, and analysis for all quality control and assurance functions within the Patient Support Services portfolio, including patient satisfaction surveys
  • Identifies and resolves issues and facilitates communication within Patient Support Services to ensure patient-focused service delivery
  • Performs all other duties as required
