Prepare all Production Master documents for everyday operation maintenance and quality control.
Work independently and prioritize according to multiple deadlines and time-sensitive requirements
Perform quality review of production documentation associated with production and quality issues, including deviations, nonconformities, discrepancies, and reworks.
Perform quality review of equipment documentation including, but not limited to, qualification, maintenance, and calibration records
Assign and track logbooks and ensure appropriate document controls measures applied to all quality documents.
Ensures compliance to the SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and applicable standards and/or regulations and no deviations from SOPs and approved protocols were made without proper authorization and documentation.
Provides SOP training, and internal regulatory training.
Work on special projects as assigned

Education and Experience
Previous experience and knowledge in Quality, Health Canada Natural Health Products Regulations, Food & Drug Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices in a production environment are significant assets
University degree in Science, Human Nutrition or Food Technology Certification or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing dry dosage forms (including blending, encapsulating, and powder filling) and packaging is highly desirable.
Interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
Practical knowledge of quality control methods and process control techniques
