Job Description
Pacific Programming and Tech Inc., a computer software development firm based out of Montreal, QC, is currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer in the field of manual and pipeline testing for our Vancouver location. We are currently offering a unique hybrid-work environment which includes remote work-from-home and in-office days for collaborative work.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Implementation of test plans and documentation, completion of operating instructions for product testing at an enterprise level.
- Ensure functionality meets requirements.
- Identify and write up bugs using clear reproduction steps.
- Run test suites against new functionality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure overall product quality and reliability.
- Work closely with the development team.
- Support our products against reported problems in an appropriate way.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with Azure.
- Experience designing and writing test cases.
- 2+ years in a Quality Assurance role is ideal.
- Experience working in a continuous integration and development environment.
Good to Have
- Experience working with Software Testing.
- Experience working API tests.
- Database/SQL knowledge.
- Experience in code/scripting language such as Python
