Join PALFINGER North America as a Quality Assurance Technician, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our lifting solutions meet the highest standards of safety and performance. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to product quality within a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Your Tasks

Inspect completed cranes and parts as part of routine quality control. Document and investigate non-conforming materials and submit NCR claims. Perform weekly product audits and review change notices for required actions. Use internal systems (e.g., PALCHECK, SPDF) to review CAD drawings and support inspections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze issues and support root-cause resolution.

Your Qualifications

High school diploma required; technical diploma an asset. 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing or mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems. Strong computer and MS Office skills; SAP experience is an asset. Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, learn quickly, and work independently; willingness to pursue quality-related training.
