Responsibilities to Include:

Report to Quality Manager Verification of Critical Control Points to ensure Food safety Online Auditing to meet the requirements of (GFSI, Peanut/Tree Nut Free, Organic & Kosher) requirements. Applicant must ensure personnel on his/her shift complies with proper GMP's and are following standard operating procedures to ensure Quality and Food Safety is met. Verification of production records to ensure proper documentation of traceability/Food Safety is maintained Segregating off standard products - QC Hold Create Quality deviation reports, root cause analysis and take corrective actions on non conformance products. Training on GMP's, HACCP, Traceability, and CCP's. Product analysis to ensure compliance to specification Sensory Evaluation Act as a technical resource to shop floor Rotating Shifts (Days,Nights,Afternoon)

Qualifications:

Experience in Food Manufacturing a strong asset. Computer proficiency in MS word, excel and power point and Gmail. Highly organized, self starter, effective problem solving skills, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize, capable of multi-tasking and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work within a team. Demonstrated competence in Food Safety, GMP's and Food Plant Sanitation. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Basic mathematical skills. Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $41,000.00 per year
