Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Uxbridge, Ontario. This pivotal role is essential in ensuring our packaging products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, directly contributing to our mission of delivering superior protective solutions for the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards. Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues promptly. Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and performance. Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices. Lead root cause analysis for product defects and implement corrective actions. Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Certification in Quality Management. Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing sector. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of project management principles is an asset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
