Position Summary



We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for managing the administrative and compliance-related aspects of new business processing and policy changes. This role ensures that all submissions from client-facing brokers (Personal Lines (PL) Insurance Specialists) are complete, accurate, and processed in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the QA Specialist provides coverage for team members during holidays and manages billing-related reminders through client calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities



1. Processing & Compliance:



Process new business applications and policy changes as per instructions from Personal Lines Insurance Specialist Verify submitted documentation for completeness and compliance with industry and company standards. Return incomplete or inaccurate requests to Personal Lines Insurance Specialists with clear guidance on necessary corrections. Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

2. System & Data Management:



Maintain and update client records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Perform system cleanups to remove outdated or incorrect information. Identify and resolve discrepancies in client records and policy details.

3. Administrative Support & Team Coverage:



Assist in preparing and managing documentation related to policy changes and new business. Coordinate with underwriters, insurers, and other stakeholders as needed. Support client-facing brokers by handling administrative tasks efficiently. Provide coverage for team members during holidays to ensure seamless operations.

4. Billing & Client Communication:



Manage and address all billing reminders, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients via calls and emails.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing. Knowledge of insurance policies, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Ability to effectively communicate with account managers, brokers, and external partners. Proficiency in insurance management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving ability to identify and address compliance and processing issues proactively.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction within the insurance brokerage process.
