The Quality Assurance Specialist will:



Develop, revise, and implement quality assurance policies and procedures within the Business Management Model Conduct and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance Investigate issues, identify root causes, and define corrective actions for nonconformities Review contracts and statements of work to assess requirements and their impact on the Electronic Quality Management System

Experience:

2-5+ years


Education:

Degree in a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.


Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a team, knowledge of quality standards


Assets:

ISO 9001: Internal Auditor Certification


Additional Requirements:



Eligibility to obtain security clearance.
