: The primary work location for this position will be in-person, either our Calgary or Edmonton location. There will be an opportunity for a hybrid-remote work schedule.

The
Quality Assurance Specialist
plays a vital role in ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, accreditation standards, and data security across Open Door Group. This position is responsible for reviewing client service delivery practices, financial transactions, and documentation to ensure alignment with ODG's service standards, funder policies, CARF accreditation standards, and privacy obligations.
Working closely with the programs and administrative teams, the
Quality Assurance Specialist
provides detailed insights and supports continuous improvement through systematic reviews, monitoring, and data-driven recommendations.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and brings strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. They will have experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or auditing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with CRM or case management systems. What you bring to the position:
Qualifications:
Post-secondary certificate (one-year) in business administration, social services, quality assurance, auditing, data analytics, or a related field.
Minimum two years of recent, relevant experience (e.g. quality assurance, compliance monitoring, auditing), preferably in non-profit, social services, or government-funded programs.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Must pass a criminal background check.
