We are currently looking for a
Quality Control Specialist
who is detail-oriented, analytical, and improvement-driven to help us uphold our high-quality standards. You will play a key role in
preventing non-conformities
, analyzing deviations, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. You'll also be a trusted partner to our transportation, logistics, and customer service teams.

Main Responsibilities:
Monitor quality incidents and manage non-conformities thoroughly.
Analyze root causes of deviations and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Work closely with operations, transport, and customer service departments to improve processes.
Generate and monitor quality-related KPIs.
Develop, update, and optimize internal procedures.
Prepare and present quality reports and regular analyses.
Support internal audits and assist in customer audit preparation, when needed.
Promote a culture of quality within the teams.
Perform other related tasks supporting continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in a relevant field (quality management, logistics, business administration, etc.).
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in transport or logistics.
Excellent spoken and written English (French speaking and writing skills are an asset)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Familiarity with Quebec/Ontario geography is an asset.

Salary :
Starting salary of $60,000 per year, subject to negotiation based on experience.
Additional Details:
Possibility in-person training in Montreal (candidates must be able to travel there; the trainer may travel if necessary).
The candidate must be able to travel between our various depots across Canada.
Ideally, candidates should live within a reasonable distance of Calgary.
Group insurance after 6 months (50% paid by the employer).
