About the role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our products, services, and processes meet established quality standards. You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and compliance teams to identify issues, implement improvements, and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and audits of materials, products, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards. Identify and document non-conformances, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Assist in the development and maintenance of ISO or industry-specific certifications (e.g., FSSC 22000, organic, kosher). Support training initiatives for employees related to quality standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product and process quality. Participate in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in a QA/QC or similar role, preferably in [industry: e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food production, etc.]. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software/tools (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, ISO systems). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
