We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, hands-on, and results oriented individual with a strong commitment to safety and quality as aQuality Assurance / Quality Control Co-ordinatorThe primary duties include the scheduling and performance of, or verification of, the completion of inspections confirming compliance with project specifications, the identification of improvement opportunities in the service quality to our customers for ship repair and industrial fabrication, as well as the continual development and implementation of our registered ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Program. Quality Control inspections may include dimensional control, welding inspections, torqueing of bolted connections, pressure testing of piping and tanks, assembly completion to drawings, and coating inspections. Preference will be given to persons experienced in ship building / repair, along with recognized certification in one or more related quality control inspection techniques, ex.
