This role is responsible for assuring the quality of Finished Goods.The main responsibilities are:

  • Supervise all qualitative aspects of the workplace, process, machinery, and organization.
  • Manage Plant quality team activities and indirect costs concerning relevant budget and efficiency targets.
  • Interact with suppliers to provide feedback about qualitative performances and monitor improvement activities.
  • Supervise inspection of incoming materials.
  • Perform analysis of production scraps and reworks
  • Make or oversee statistical control of Finished goods.
  • Coordinate Quality Plant meetings, sharing running projects, results, and targets.
  • Leading WCM Quality Control pillar root map evolution
  • Carrying out WCM-related projects
  • Being the leader of WCM-related knowledge and activities expansion at all levels of the plant.
The ideal candidate has the technical expertise and background:
  • Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
  • Technical drawing
  • Problem-solving methodology
  • Statistical process control
  • MSA
  • PPAP
  • Mastery of the production process
  • Quality WCM Knowledge
  • People Management Skills
  • Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of the product
  • Knowledge of ISO standard rules.
