Our operations span four provinces and are purpose-built for category leadership across multiple product formats.

Our Moncton, New Brunswick facility is a centre of excellence for indoor cannabis cultivation, R&D, and advanced automation. In Lac-Superieur, Quebec, we focus on premium flower and traditional hash production. Our Winnipeg, Manitoba site is a highly automated facility dedicated to edibles & beverage manufacturing. Our Aylmer, Ontario facility specializes in the production of infused pre-rolls and features automated vape filling capabilities.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and technically minded person, who works well with others, displays strong attention to detail, has excellent organizational skills and can maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast paced and changing work environment. The Lab Assistant works with the QC team to ensure the lab is providing consistent, accurate and timely results to our internal customers, by assisting with reliable analytical testing of all our products.

What you will be doing:

Work safely following good laboratory practices; Adherence to and enforcement of Organigrams GPP/GMP standards; Collect and log samples; Perform sample preparation; Process sample waste material; Help operate and maintain instruments and equipment; Responsible for comprehensive record keeping; Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

Previous experience in a lab environment with HPLC or GC experience considered an asset; Impeccable attention to detail; Numerical and analytical ability; Theoretical and practical knowledge of analytical techniques; Experienced in computer data entry; Work independently and as a team. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel considered an asset.
