A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring our software and systems meet quality, functionality, and performance standards. You'll design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing while working closely with developers and project managers to identify, track, and resolve defects. Each day, you'll analyze product requirements, collaborate on automated testing solutions, and lead user acceptance testing efforts to validate system performance. Your attention to detail and proactive approach help maintain the integrity of our digital platforms and drive continuous improvement across our technology ecosystem.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing within an Agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience with Playwright, Selenium, or another UI test automation tool
  • Intermediate knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Basic understanding of Agile development tools such as Jira, Qase, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, API testing (Postman or Swagger), or cloud-based environments
  • Preferred: scripting experience in Typescript, JavaScript, or Python
