Who are we looking for?

What will you do?

Assist Quality Assurance Manager in monitoring food safety and quality activities Conduct daily, monthly, and annual audits/inspections Report and document non-conformances Conduct on the line finished product testing Inspect incoming ingredients and monitor critical control point(s) (CCP) Verify food safety and quality records Assist in maintaining and developing food safety and quality program Support Quality Assurance Manager in preparation of third party audits (SQF, Fair for Life, Costco, Organic, Kosher) Participate in various committees Prepare samples for lab testing

Who are you?

1+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role or similar role, (food manufacturing knowledge preferable) Knowledge of regulatory requirements Great attention to detail Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English Computer literate ( Auditing Applications) Organizational skills HACCP, PCQI, SQF certified is desirable

Considerations:

Working in a manufacturing environment exposure to: noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations of heat and cold May be required to lift up to 50 lbs Strong scent of roasted coffee

Nice to haves:

First Aid Certification is desirable
