POSITION:
Quality Assurance and Data Assistant
WHAT YOU NEED (QUALIFICATIONS):
Maintain and utilize a current Standard First Aid and CPR level C
Provide clear criminal record and child intervention checks.
minimum of a 1-year post-secondary school education
Experience in community disability services or residential care settings and a strong knowledge of file management systems and basic data analysis are preferred.
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING? (JOB DUTIES):
Assists with accreditation readiness and maintain continuous alignment with applicable
standards.
Supports the annual licensing process by organizing all documentation as needed.
Supports the annual survey process by compiling results and helping to prepare a report for stakeholders.
Conducts regular audits of individual files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with agency standards.
Verifies that documentation of goals and progress is maintained and reflects meaningful engagement for each client.
Ensures Individual Service Plans (ISPs) are current, with goals that are appropriate, person-centered, and measurable.
Coordinates the collection, analysis, and reporting of feedback from individuals served, guardians, and staff to inform leadership decision-making.
Supports internal audits and follow up to ensure alignment with funder requirements, agency policies, and best practices.
Monitors and analyze trends related to critical incidents, abuse reports, hospitalizations, and corrective actions.
Provides reporting specific to audits, including timelines to address any issues.
Facilitates tracking and timely completion of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
