AOR is one of Canada's fastest growing Nutraceutical health supplement organizations. Our market leading premium products are manufactured and distributed primarily to specialty retailers throughout Canada and the United States. Headquartered in Calgary, AOR is in search of an experienced QA Analyst to join our team.

The function of the QA Analyst is to be responsible for assisting in and performing corporate compliance activities of the Quality Assurance Department at Advanced Orthomolecular Research Inc. (AOR). This position reports to the QA/RRA Manager.

Duties include but are not necessarily limited to:



Train AOR staff on regulatory compliance and AOR compliance procedures (i.e. Quality System, Privacy Polices). Assist in the development, maintenance and implementation of AOR corporate compliance training programs. Administration and maintenance of applicable AOR applications (i.e. eSOP, eTraining). Audit the AOR computerized system validation documentation, equipment qualification and departmental (i.e. IT) documentation and activities. Assist in the development and revision of SOPs; perform SOP reviews. Administration of the vendor qualification program; maintain vendor qualification documentation. Act as a compliance resource by collaboratively interacting with applicable departments to create a positive and effective attitude towards regulatory compliance. Maintain and control archive material (i.e. documents, study retention NHP's, electronic media) including submissions, retrievals, storage, and disposal. Maintain the archive database. Additional duties as required

Job Knowledge



Minimum level of academic or formalized training

B.Sc. degree, Post-Secondary Diploma in natural science, healthcare, or pharmaceutical field, or equivalent combination of education and related experience Minimum amount of practical work experience experience quality assurance and/or related regulatory role Knowledge of applicable regulations (i.e. Health Canada, GMP,).
