This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing environment. The Test Analyst will work with the Clients; third party vendors; and onshore and offshore associates to ensure proper testing of all integration and configuration throughout the implementation. Candidate should have excellent technical and communication skills and ability to engage as part of a team working both physically together and virtually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team is key to be successful in this role.The Opportunity:\xc2\xb7 Able to understand the technology roadmap and delivers cost effectiveness, business value, and competitiveness\xc2\xb7 Own the definition and execution of overall test strategy, both manual and automated, for the enterprise app and underlying infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Move up and down the stack and become an expert on how different parts of our technology interact with one another.\xc2\xb7 Partner with other development teams to create interfaces to enable product/project testability.\xc2\xb7 Write code to expand, stabilize, and mature product test automation framework.\xc2\xb7 Participate in all product/project development phases from requirements to production.\xc2\xb7 Communicate clear recommendations to product owners and stakeholders based on defined test goals, acceptance criteria, and identified risks.\xc2\xb7 Champion for a remarkable customer experience within product engineering through product and process improvements.\xc2\xb7 Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.\xc2\xb7 Define and present the testing strategy to the customer.\xc2\xb7 Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.\xc2\xb7 Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.\xc2\xb7 Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.\xc2\xb7 Check / Review the Test scenarios and cases with customers, if needed.\xc2\xb7 Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.\xc2\xb7 Track all the dependencies and risks and close them in timely fashion.\xc2\xb7 Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client\xc2\xb7 Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client.\xc2\xb7 Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers.\xc2\xb7 Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.\xc2\xb7 Review various reports prepared by Test leads\xc2\xb7 Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.\xc2\xb7 Prepare / update the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:\xc2\xb7 Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training\xc2\xb7 The candidate should have more than 8 to 9 years of Software Testing experience with minimum 2 years in Leading the team\xc2\xb7 Two to three years of experience coordinating with offshore team\xc2\xb7 Experience with Agile methodologies, tools and JIRA; SCRUM; Git; & BitBucket, MongoDb, SQL, Confluence\xc2\xb7 Experience in health care experience is preferred\xc2\xb7 FACETS, prior-authorization experience is a plus\xc2\xb7 Strong SQL skills required\xc2\xb7 Experience in developing test cases and understanding how to build quality test strategies, plans and cases.\xc2\xb7 Excellent trouble-shooting skills and analysis skills.\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business and Operations\xc2\xb7 Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members\xc2\xb7 Strong verbal communication skills, both with colleagues and customers, with diverse cultural Backgrounds\xc2\xb7 Effective in conveying ideas and messages, both formally and informally, clearly, concisely and AccuratelyNotes for WFM or TATo onboard Pooja Kumari - Customer referralCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
