Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and bilingual Early Childhood Educator to join our team, providing high-quality care and education to children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Child Care & Supervision:

Provide attentive and individualized care for children aged 2 to 5 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Learning & Development:

Implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development. Facilitate both structured and unstructured play experiences that encourage curiosity and creativity.Follow and implement the center's curriculum, tailoring lesson plans and activities to meet the developmental needs of the children. Integrate subjects such as language, mathematics, art, music, and physical development.Regularly observe and assess children's progress and developmental milestones. Maintain accurate records of observations, behaviors, and activities. Prepare progress reports for parents or guardians.Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, keeping them informed about their child's development, activities, and any concerns that arise. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide feedback.Establish a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment. Manage behaviors in a calm and consistent manner, applying appropriate guidance techniques.Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to plan and organize daily activities, share ideas, and support each other in providing the best care for children.Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, including maintaining cleanliness in the classroom, supervising children during outdoor play, and following any relevant safety protocols.

Pay: $25.15-$33.59 per hour
