About Us:

We are a growing investment and operating company expanding into the Food & Beverage (QSR franchise) sector. Our goal is to build a portfolio of leading franchise brands (ex A&W, barBURRITO, Dairy Queen, KFC, etc.) across Ontario and beyond. We are looking for a driven professional who can take ownership of our QSR expansion strategy - from identifying franchise opportunities to opening and operating successful locations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate franchise opportunities (A&W, barBURRITO, Dairy Queen, KFC, and other strong QSR brands). Lead the process of franchise applications, approvals, and negotiations with franchisors. Work with brokers, landlords, and real estate agents to secure prime locations. Manage budgeting, financial modeling, and ROI projections for new stores. Oversee build-out, permits, and project timelines for new restaurant openings. Recruit and train management teams for store-level operations. Build scalable systems for operations, compliance, and profitability across multiple brands. Report directly to ownership on expansion milestones, timelines, and performance.
Qualifications:

3+ years in franchise development, multi-unit management, or QSR operations. Strong knowledge of the food & beverage industry and QSR franchise models. Experience in site selection, negotiations, and project management. Strong financial acumen (P&L, ROI analysis, budgeting). Ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on deadlines. Entrepreneurial mindset - thrives in a fast-growth, build-from-scratch environment.
Location: Ontario (travel required for site visits & openings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
