Job Description
The director is responsible in ensuring the team\'s progress above all else. Some necessary skills/experiences that will be helpful include:
- Strong communication skills
- Scientific literature review
- Much of the project development requires being critical about not just the paper but yourself, as it\'s important to set an optimistic but feasible goal
- Delegation of tasks, as well as the willingness to delegate yourself
