Prime Health Ltd. is a fast-growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC, with a presence in North America, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. We are passionate about delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a QC Technical Documentation Assistant to contribute to the following activities:

Job duties & responsibilitiesApprove Raw Material (RM) Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Specifications (Specs) for purchasing. Review and ensure existing and new RM specifications meet approval standards, especially with supplier changes. Coordinate with QC for testing and resolve analysis queries, including setting limits as per USP. Prepare RM COAs and API specifications for released batches; create new specifications for new products. Manage Change Controls for FPS updates and batch size changes, assisting with Master Batch Record modifications. Provide client documents like Pesticide Residue reports and Allergy Data Sheets. Review and finalize Master Batch Records, create RM specifications, and draft declarations for new products. Implement FPS changes for existing products based on client or lab requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, warehouse, R&D, QA) and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time as required by management.

Minimum requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field (Pharmaceutical or similar). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or related pharmaceutical documentation work. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory standards and documentation requirements. Experience with change control processes and handling technical documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications. Highly organized, with strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach. Effective problem-solving abilities and capable of handling complex issues. Self-motivated, dependable, and a committed team player. Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: $21 to $23 Hourly (based on experience)
