QC REPRESENTATIVE - FULL-TIME POSITION

Location: Fort St. John, BC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QC Representative for a full-time position based in Fort St. John. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct inspections and quality checks in accordance with project requirements

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications

- Document inspection results and maintain accurate QC records

- Collaborate with field teams to resolve quality issues

- Report non-conformances and assist in corrective actions

- Support project close-out documentation and final QC reporting

- Proficient in using SharePoint for documentation and workflow management

- Develop and maintain Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Pressure Test Plans, Welding Plans, and Bolt Torquing Plans

Qualifications:

- Minimum CWB Level I designation

- Proven experience in quality control roles, preferably in industrial or construction projects

- Strong understanding of inspection techniques and documentation

- Experience creating and managing ITPs and technical plans

- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams

- Safety-focused and dependable

- Preference given to candidates local to Fort St. John

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
