Perform defect checks on all incoming bulk crops
-

Communicate findings with Bulk QC in timely manner to allow for correction and follow up
-

Collect all relevant paperwork from previous shift
-

Assist in laboratory sampling as directed by bulk QC
-

Collect all required samples and complete paperwork
-

Perform temperature checks for bulk totes
-

Clean lab, wash buckets, trays, pots as needed
-

Gather tote cards when dumping product into the blancher room
-

Assist Bulk QC in tasks as necessary

Shift work required
-

Work in mainly cold environments.
-

Good computer skills. Microsoft Excel, Word, Datahex would be an asset.

Knowledge of bulk crops considered an asset
