We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled QC Technician to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our projects through rigorous inspection, analysis, and quality management processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a high standards-driven environment, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The QC Technician will be responsible for conducting precise quality control measures, utilizing various measurement tools, and collecting data to uphold our quality assurance protocols.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop accurate data collection records related to quality metrics and inspection results.
Utilize quality management systems to document findings, track issues, and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with construction teams to address quality concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards.
Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives by participating in audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout all inspection activities.
Experience
Either Electrical or instrumentation (piping code) experience is a benefit.
Strong understanding of quality management principles, QA/QC processes, and manufacturing standards.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data accurately and utilize analysis skills for problem-solving.
Familiarity with quality control techniques including visual inspection, data collection, and documentation practices.
Knowledge of industry standards related to quality assurance is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to maintaining the highest product standards while supporting continuous improvement efforts within our manufacturing operations.
