Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities are:
Daily review of pre-operational & during operational checks, and regular processing line check/monitoring.
Monitor production staff and environment for HACCP and GMP compliance, enforce HACCP program through communication and training with production employees.
Review daily lot coding for all ingredients used for production and related tasks to ensure product traceability.
Inspect machines, ensure products and ingredients are organized and FIFO (first in, first out) is being followed.
Monitoring cleaning procedures and the effectiveness of sanitation.
Assist in recording, reviewing, and record keeping.
Assist in sales contract converting to manufacture work order.
Assist in delivery document preparing.
Any other warehouse tasks and quality control-related job assigned by the QA Manager and Senior Management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
