ISO 20022 program will be rolled-out in phases, with the focus being SR2026 for the current phase. This program aligns delivery objectives across multiple channels in GBM to successfully achieve SR2026 mandate.

Typical Day in Role:
Lead planning sessions
Test plan alignment across workstreams
Communicate progress status to program manager and escalate blockers
Reviewing test plans across various program workstreams to ensure alignment on milestones.
Identify risks to dates and milestones, and recommend mitigation.
Work with various workstreams to develop integrated test strategy.
Create test cycles and dashboards on Confluence. Track test ticket status.
Must have skills:
10 + years of experience as QA
8-10 years of experience with Test strategy and plan development, bridging gaps and misalignment.
8+ years of experience with Facilitate sessions across multiple workstreams
8+ years of experience with Confluence and JIRA, X-Ray creating test execution cycles and dashboards
8+ years of experience with automation, defect triage processes
Well versed in test tools - Selenium, Postman.
Nice to have:
Payments background
Previous experience with top 5 banks / Financial institutions.
Familiarity with ISO program
Ability to influence and build consensus

Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field required.
