About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

QA/QC Specialist

to join our team on a large-scale heavy civil industrial project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction activities meet contractual, industry, and safety standards through effective quality assurance and quality control practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the project's QA/QC plan in accordance with company and client requirements. Perform inspections, testing, and audits of civil and industrial construction activities, materials, and installations. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Coordinate with project management, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and safety standards. Support continuous improvement in construction methods and quality procedures. Prepare and submit daily/weekly QAQC reports to project leadership.

Qualification

5+ years of QA/QC experience in

heavy civil or industrial construction projects

. Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and industry practices. Experience with , earthworks, utilities and industrial infrastructure. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial on-site environment.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 77 per week
