Core Responsibilities - Cosmetic / Personal Care Manufacturing
Safely operate basic laboratory and production equipment and handle cosmetic raw materials in accordance with established safety procedures
Write, revise, follow, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality, compounding, production, equipment, packaging, labeling, storage, and distribution for cosmetic and personal care products
Perform inspections of incoming raw materials and packaging components against approved specifications
Monitor critical process control points during compounding and filling; identify deviations and support corrective actions
Ensure personnel follow internal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDPs applicable to cosmetics)
Support completion, review, and accuracy of daily batch production records
Conduct in-process and finished-goods quality checks throughout all stages of cosmetic production
Collect and retain product samples; coordinate third-party testing when required and maintain sample and testing logs
Document all activities accurately in logbooks for internal traceability and audit readiness
Work directly with Compounding and Production teams to ensure products meet approved formulas, specifications, and quality standards
Recommend and assist with implementation of continuous process and quality improvements
Perform basic data review and trend analysis related to quality, production performance, or deviations
Manage multiple tasks independently while meeting production and quality timelines
Perform other related duties as assigned by management, within the scope of cosmetic manufacturing operations

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
