Weaver Group is currently seeking an experienced:
QA/QC
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
based out of Sexsmith, AB.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however, training would be provided to a suitable candidate.
Valid Safety tickets for site visits H2S, First Aid, CSO required.
Have and maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driver's abstract.
Familiarity with Z662 and B31.3 QC requirements preferred.
Familiarity with ASME, ABSA, API, and CSA Construction Codes preferred.
Ability to create and review technical documentation, including project plans, test procedures, and design documents preferred.
Proficiency with AcornPipe Software and Blue Beam.
Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office productivity suite required.

Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and time constraints
Highly motivated and self-directed; capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
Highly effective communication skills, ability to influence and effect change.
Ability to travel and work overtime as required.
Adaptable to a flexible work schedule when required to meet deadline requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Support and communicate to the QC Manager
Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors
Review and file daily safety, QA/QC daily reports, and documentation
Attend meetings and prepare minutes
Protect all forms of proprietary information
Other tasks assigned or required, general admin support
