Reports To Quality Manager
Outcomes 1.
Ensure personnel follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) as they relate to food production and follow all Food Safety and Quality related guidelines and processes
a. Provide training and support on food safety, quality, and cleaning & sanitization procedures
b. Ensure food safety and quality procedures are followed and test results properly documented i. Raise concerns to Shift Supervisor and Quality Manager

d. Investigate and document all adverse quality events
i. Together with the Quality Manager, determine and implement any required corrective actions
2. Ensure Farm Girl successfully completes all Food Safety and Quality related requirements as specified by regulatory agencies or custome

a. Maintain required food safety, quality, and compliance information
b. Play a key role in preparing for and supporting external audits (e.g., Customer audits, SQF).
3. Support Farm Girl's Recall and Customer Complaint processes
a. Ensure all traceability records are accurate, complete, and maintained in good order
b. Ensure all process records are accurate, complete and maintained in good order
c. Participate in and document mock-recalls and traceability exercises as required.
4. Execute daily quality systems and audit preparation activities
a. Conduct routine internal audits (GMP, pre-op, facility) and document findings
b. Assist in maintaining and updating the HACCP plan and related food safety programs
c. Verify that corrective actions from internal and external audits are effectively implemented and documented.
5. Maximize performance-to-plan on a day-to-day basis by supporting production activities on an as-needed basis, e.g. filling in for staff shortages, etc.

e. Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Docs
f. Competent working knowledge of FoodDocs (or similar) platform
i. Ability to comprehend, execute, and record SOPs documented in FoodDocs
ii. Ability to update and modify SOPs documented in FoodDocs
