QA PM & CM Summer Associate

QA Summer Student will work in one of the quality assurance teams assisting with several activities and projects as defined by the QA Manager. Performs quality assurance activities and problem solving in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), quality systems, manufacturing controls and corporate regulations. As assigned, provides support in various related compliance and project functions.

Duration: May 2023 - August 2023

What you will do:

• Maintain QA documentation e.g. filing, obsolescence and archiving.
• Compilation and reconciliation of product release documentation and master production documentation
• Provide administrative support to the confirmatory testing program e.g. contacting supply centers and sample management
• Obtain and review executed batch records and annual product quality reports
• Assist in product launch, investigation, supplier management, compliance and other quality related systems.

Who you are:

• Pursuing a College Diploma or University Degree in a science program
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word; knowledge of SAP an asset
• Knowledge of GMPs is an asset
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an asset
