Do you have a passion for building high-quality websites and user experiences, and the leadership skills to guide a team toward QA excellence? As our QA Manager/Lead, you'll take ownership of quality assurance processes and execution across the organization. You'll have a chance to build your leadership skills, mentoring team members, and ensuring our projects meet industry standards for usability, accessibility, and performance.


You'll work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to embed QA best practices into our projects, while also conducting manual and automated testing as needed..

In your role as QA Manager/Lead, you will be expected to



Lead QA initiatives to continuously improve processes, tools, and standards Collaborate with project teams to create test strategies and plans. Develop and maintain documentation Oversee bug tracking, ensuring reports are clear, prioritized, and reproducible. Use a suite of testing tools to ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of websites and applications Facilitate UAT and lead issue triage discussions with clients Coordinate with project managers to align QA activities with client goals and timelines. Mentor QA team members, providing guidance and training on testing methodologies and tools.

What kind of skill set do you need to be successful in your role within the Evolving community?



At least 5 years of experience in QA, with a focus on frontend, UI/UX, and website testing. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a methodical approach to testing. Experience testing content management Experience using testing tools for browser and device compliance Experience working with a team and using a standardized development workflow Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Redmine. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).

Bonus for



Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal and or WordPress Agency experience working on diverse client projects. Programming or design experience Experience in running SEO audits and sharing SEO best practices Experience in setting up Google Analytics tracking on websites and able to troubleshoot issues
