As an experienced Quality Engineering Lead professional expertise in test automation and quality engineering working for our leading client This role demands a strong blend of technical proficiency leadership and strategic thinking to drive product excellence
Define and implement end to end test strategies for functional integration regression and performance testing
Develop and maintain automated test suites for APIs and backend services
Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines for continuous delivery
Establish best practices for defect prevention and risk based testing
Drive root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective measures
Mentor QA team members and promote a culture of quality engineering
Conduct performance load and resilience testing for critical applications
Manage test environments and ensure proper test data setup for complex workflows
