Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced software tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and be able to work with the developers and product team to design and execute a test plan prior to release.
This is a part time role with the option of hybrid or fully remote work. There is the potential to grow to full time based on business needs and availability. Who are We? Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans for mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms and web applications
• Identify and report bugs and issues found during testing
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Create and maintain test cases and documentation
• Participate in project planning and development meetings
• Understand the goals for each workflow and identify usability improvements that can be made to enhance the end user\'s experience

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mobile apps and web applications
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking tools and test case management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Post Secondary Credential in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Nice To Have

• Some programming experience would be an asset
  • Experience with front-end web development using React
  • Experience with mobile development using the Qt framework
• Experience writing unit tests for mobile and server applications
