We are currently hiring a dynamic and reliable instructor who can:
Teach
Python programming
classesonline
(via Zoom) TeachLEGO robotics programming
classesin-person
atRoyalmount, Montreal
(Easy access via metro + free parking)
This is a part-time Hybrid position, ideal for professionals with a strong computer science background and a love for teaching young learners.
Proven experience teaching Python
to children or teens (ages 8-16)Hands-on experience with LEGO robotics
, including assembly and programming (SPIKE Prime or EV3 preferred) Comfortable managing a small group of students (Grade 2-6) Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus) Responsible, energetic, and passionate about STEM education Available forweekend or evening shifts
(flexible scheduling, with at least 48 hours' notice)Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
(with children aged 6-16)Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Comfortable teaching on Zoom or similar platforms
Strong communication and classroom management skills
French proficiency is a strong asset
Compensation:
$18-20/hour
(based on experience and class size) All lesson plans and materials are provided Flexible scheduling -- ideal for part-time educators and students in graduate studiesJob Types: Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
