Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment used in the extrusion process to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate extrusion machinery according to production guidelines

- Monitor the extrusion process to ensure products meet quality standards

- Perform quality inspections on finished products

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or product quality

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Utilize hand tools for adjustments and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

- Must have a previous experience as an Extrusion Operator

- Knowledge of extrusion processes and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations

- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform equipment adjustments

- Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
