About the Role
We are seeking a human resources professional to join our team as our People Coordinator
.
The successful candidate will:
Create and implement firmwide performance management, mentorship and coaching systems
Lead firm cultural development initiatives
Draft, implement, and train on the firm's workplace policies and procedures
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
Administer contracts, payroll, benefits, and vacation planning
Manage the firm's human resources IT assets (e.g. Bamboo H.R., Notion, excel documents, etc.)
Requirements
5+ years experience in human resources
Exceptional technological and artificial intelligence competency
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Exceptional emotional intelligence
Exceptional organizational, time management, and file management skills
Highly independent, accountable and self-directed
Demonstrated commitment to community service, ethics, and professional excellence
Experience using Notion and BambooHR is an asset
Experience in professional services (e.g. legal, accounting, engineering, etc.) is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $68,795.76 (1FTE); $41,278.06 (.6FTE)
