Position Overview



We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain professional to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a versatile, resourceful, and analytical individual who can balance day-to-day purchasing responsibilities with strategic supply chain analysis.

This position is approximately 70% procurement and 30% analytics, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both operational execution and continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities



Procurement (70%)



Create and issue purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies in alignment with production and sales forecasts. Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while adhering to quality, cost, and delivery standards. Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations; participate in supplier selection, contract negotiations, and pricing discussions. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors; monitor vendor compliance with contractual terms. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast material needs and manage purchase requisitions and approvals. Collaborate with the Quality team to address any non-conformances or issues with purchased materials. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in the ERP system.

Supply Chain Analytics (30%)



Analyze supply chain and procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and purchasing patterns to support demand planning and reduce excess stock. Assist in the development and tracking of supplier KPIs and performance scorecards. Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making for senior management. Support risk mitigation strategies through data-driven insights and scenario analysis.

Key qualifications:



Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, ideally with exposure to supply chain analytics. Experience in manufacturing environment dealing with Raw material, Consumables as well as finished goods is an asset. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and translate insights into action. Highly resourceful and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to solving challenges. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic data analysis). Experience using ERP systems for procurement and inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Mandarin is an asset but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
