Job Title: Purchasing (FF&E) Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Downtown Toronto, ON
Job Type: Temporary - 12 Month Contract
Salary: $22.00-$25.00/hour Our client in Downtown Toronto, ON is actively looking for a Purchasing (FF&E) Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order Administration: Create, issue, and track equipment purchase orders based on approved scopes, budgets, and schedules. Ensure all changes are processed accurately and documentation is consistently updated within internal systems.
• Supplier Management: Monitor vendor confirmations, troubleshoot delivery discrepancies or damages, and oversee the process for returns, replacements, and credit requests.
• Support for Field Operations: Collaborate closely with onsite teams to resolve equipment shortages, damaged items, or last-minute needs, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Financial Tracking: Reconcile purchase orders with invoices, identify and resolve discrepancies, and finalize project closeouts with complete and accurate financial records.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain clean, reliable data across procurement and project management tools. Produce regular reports and dashboards highlighting PO progress, escalations, and open issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline -- or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FF&E purchasing, construction procurement, or multi-location project support.
• Strong proficiency with ERP or purchasing platforms (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Oracle) and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Thorough knowledge of the purchase order workflow, logistics coordination, and returns/warranty processes.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills.
